T&SP Review Request

After your last annual interview has been approved, you'll receive an e-mail with instructions on how to request the T&SP elements check.

This check is needed in order to start the Graduation Phase.

Prerequisites

• Evidence of completion of all T&SP elements.
• Your UT login information

Request a Review

1. Log in to Hora Finita using your UT (m-number) log_in information, bringing you to your personal Dashboard.
2. On your personal Dashboard, scroll down to "PhD checklist"
3. Look for the item "Elements approved by TGS" and click "request a review"

Your T&SP elements will now be reviewed by TGS, so make sure to have evidence of completion of all the entries.
Note that this information is the basis for your TGS certificate so make sure it is clear and complete.
