Technical Medicine is open to students with a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Medicine ('Technische Geneeskunde' or 'Klinische Technologie'). The bachelor courses on communication skills and professional behavior must have been completed at satisfactory level.
Students with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study who possess similar competencies may be considered for admission after first completing a pre-Master’s programme. Find out more about the tuition fees and costs of living.
Note: the master's programme is in Dutch. You can start the master's programme in September or February. The pre-master's programme only starts in September.
Students who do not have a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Medicine start the application procedure for the Technical Medicine Master’s programme by submitting the following documents. Please note that you will submit these documents digitally. If any hardcopy documents are required from you, Admission Office will notify you of this and tell you where to send them to.
- A bachelor's degree certificate or an equivalent qualification certificate (if available)
- Course discriptions of the bachelor's programme
- An official transcript of records of preliminary transcript of records
- An official transcript of records of VWO diploma
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- Letter of motivation
