Study association Humanitarian Engineering

We encourage you to lead an active student life, by becoming a member of a study association.

At the University of Twente, it’s tradition for every study programme to have its own study association.  These associations look after the interests of all the students involved in the study programme. Through a multitude of committees, the association organises evaluations, excursions to companies and other activities to help you and fellow students during your study.

Start a Humanitarian Engineering Study Association

As the very first cohort of the MSc Humanitarian Engineering, you have the unique chance to kick-start this tradition for your programme. Are you considering starting the HE study association and building the student community from the ground up? Let us know!

Develop your entrepreneurial spirit

At UT, we train you to be the global citizen of tomorrow. Education alone is not enough, being active both in and outside the classroom boosts your personal development. Our students regularly organise exciting activities and events on campus and in the nearby city of Enschede. They learn to collaborate with students and professionals from other disciplines and from different backgrounds. These experiences are invaluable in helping students develop useful skills that will serve them well in their future careers.
