SBD-Grants Office announces an Information Day about Horizon Europe Cluster 3 “Civil security for society” and the European Defence Fund, featuring Victor Hartong and Boy Dacier, National Contact Points (NCP) from RVO.
The event is held on 22 September 2021 and includes a morning information session dedicated to Horizon Europe Cluster 3 and an afternoon information session dedicated to European Defence Fund. The Information Day aims at offering the UT community the opportunity to meet the NCP and to get a special insight into the upcoming programmes, highlighting main features and novelties.
If you are curious to know more about Horizon Europe and what’s next on EU funding agenda for Research & Innovation on security, you are warmly invited to join in the event!
During their visit on 22 September, Victor Hartong and Boy Dacier will present Horizon Europe Cluster 3 Work Programme and upcoming calls (morning information session: 10.30 – 11.45), and they will also introduce the novel European Defence Fund programme, which provides support for the academic sector and industry (afternoon information session: 14.00 – 15.30).
Programme of the afternoon session includes a panel discussion where RVO experts will interact with Irna van der Molen, Senior Policy Advisor Knowledge Safety and Export Control from UT, giving advices on important UT policies as regards the topics discussed, especially on the European Defence Fund.
Researchers will have the possibility to post their questions to the speakers.
