NWO Talent Programme: Veni, Vidi, Vici and Rubicon Please keep an eye on the NWO website for the actual status of each call. The Rubicon programme usually has three deadlines each year. Keep in mind your application can have multiple stages on which you are only eligible when you have participated in the first phase and are invited to submit in the second phase.
