Time to have annual interviews with your employees.
Organisational development and the personal development from employees receive a lot of attention within the UT. We think it is important that you know how you can contribute to our joint objective, make agreements about it and that you receive recognition for the services provided.
The UT uses the annual performance cycle (AFAS application in myhr.utwente.nl) as an instrument to make agreements with individual employees, to monitor their progress, to make timely adjustments and ultimately to be able to evaluate the results achieved. Training and assessments for your employees
Let your employees take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Centre for Training and Develoment. In addition to comprehensive career guidance, various courses can also be found in our Coursefinder or, for example, the assessments to get to know yourself better from GoodHabitz.
