The Student Services Contact Centre is the place where you, as a student can find answers to your questions. We can also help you with all kinds of arrangements for your study. Are you looking for information about the application and admission process, re-enrolment, de-enrolment, tuition fees, or your student card? Or perhaps you have questions about the VISA process, Studielink, housing, scholarships, how (de)-registration for courses/modules (Canvas) works or something else? Student card
At the start of your study you have received a student card. This card is valid until you de-enroll at the University of Twente. In case you started your study before or in the academic year 2019-2020 you can still use the card received in 2019-2020 during the rest of your study. You will not receive a new student card this academic year.
In case you are a first year student, you have received or will receive a student card which you can use until you are de-enrolled. Check our website for the procedure how to receive your student card.
