Course enrolment
To be able to participate in the education, you need to register for the courses you want to take. This is possible until one day before the start of the quarter via Osiris for the course(s) in question. Once you have registered for a course, you will automatically be registered in Canvas, for work formats and for the first opportunity of the corresponding written test! For re-examinations, you will have to re-register (see also 'registering for an examination').

Enrolment periods for all education in academic year 2021-2022

  2. 2nd Quartile: 18 October 2021 up to and including 14 November 2021

Course deregistration
If you wish to deregister from a registered course, you may do so within the registration period via Osiris. Should you wish to deregister after the registration term, you must submit an email request to your BOZ. If you only want to deregister for the exam, you can do so via Osiris up to one day before the start of the exam.

Registering for an examination
If you no longer need to follow the course, but still need to take the exam or re-sit, you can also register separately for the exam in question. Attention: register for the test and not for the course. This also applies to expired courses for which only a resit is offered. In Osiris, you can arrange registration and deregistration for all written examinations that appear on the examination timetable: both for the examinations scheduled in the examination period and for those that are held during the semester.

Because registration is linked to an examination date, the period in which you can register also differs. For each examination, you can register for that examination via Osiris 40 calendar days before the start of the examination until no later than 14 calendar days before the start of the examination. It is still possible to register for all exams in the regular exam weeks at the same time because the registration periods partly overlap.

For each exam (including interim examinations) you have to register to be allowed to take part in the exam.
- You can register from 40 calendar days until no later than 14 calendar days before the examination.
- You can only deregister via Osiris and until the day before the exam.
