Based on our data we assume that you’ve used the chat after you’ve started with your application process. Intentionally Sam was made for questions prior to the application fase. Can you tell us why you’ve used the chat at this stage of your journey? What was your motivation or concrete question to use this tool?   

If we would offer a chatbot (guided questions and answers like Sam does) or a WhatsApp number (personal questions with waiting time) for every student starting an application - what would be your preferred communication channel?
