Public Governance across Borders (PGaB) is a joint degree starting in Münster. If you would like to enrol in the programme you should apply at the Universität Münster. The PGaB programme admits around 65 students each year using the normal selection process of German universities.
If you’re not admitted to the PGaB programme, you might want to enrol in the Management, Society & Technology (MS&T) programme instead. PGaB students join MS&T students in their second and third year. Choosing MS&T means starting in Twente right away and following a single degree programme. Of course, this also means you won’t experience studying at two universities in a joint degree programme.
