Whether it concerns your studies, your career, or your personal life: how do you remain agile when the circumstances around you are constantly shifting?

WEEK 2 (8-12 june)
MON - Tai Chi
Date: 8Â June 2026
Time: 08:15 - 9:15
Location: Vrijhof (building 47) floor 2, room 208
Between back-to-back meetings and looming deadlines, it is easy for the mind to get stuck in overdrive. If you are looking for a way to quieten the noise and regain your focus, we invite you to try something different.
Step away from the screen and join us for a session of Tai Chi. Through gentle, flowing movements, you will learn how to release physical tension and settle a busy mind. These simple exercises are designed to help you de-stress and return to your desk feeling refreshed and re-energised.
There is no pressure and no previous experience is required, just an opportunity to breathe, move, and find your balance. Discover how slowing down for a moment can help you move forward with more clarity.
MON - Glassfusing Workshop
Date: 8 June 2026
Time: 13:00 - 14:30

During this workshop, you will learn to cut, grind, and arrange glass into a beautiful whole.
Everyone receives a 15x15 cm base plate on which to work, with the theme of creating a holiday memory (perhaps no theme? That is of course possible too).

Without immediate financial worries, there is mental space to make well-considered decisions and seize opportunities. As a result, employees are better equipped to handle setbacks and adapt to change. Financial fitness therefore forms a strong foundation for both personal and professional agility.Â

THU - Resuscitation Course
Date: 18 June 2026
Time: 09:00 - 12:00
Location: Kleine Zaal, Vrijhof
A reason to take a CPR course
Each year, 17,000 people in the Netherlands suffer a cardiac arrest outside of a hospital. The chance of survival is highest if CPR is started within 6 minutes. However, many people donât know how to perform CPR.
Most cardiac arrests happen at home
About 70% of cardiac arrests occur at home, often involving a parent, partner, or child. A CPR course gives you the confidence and skills to take immediate action if a loved one experiences a cardiac arrest.
You can save lives
Anyone who has completed a CPR course can register as a civilian responder. If someone nearby suffers a cardiac arrest, you will receive an alert on your phone to take action. This way, you can help save lives.
Anyone can learn CPR
During the course, youâll receive practical information that you can apply right away. Youâll practice with a CPR manikin and a training AED, and learn how to recognize a cardiac arrest.
