How to download your declaration of enrollment in Osiris
Please note that you can download a Proof of Enrolment yourself from your Osiris Student account. This document has already been signed by the head of our department.
On the home page of your Osiris account ‘Personal Details’ you can click on ‘status registration for degree programme’. A new page is opened. After selecting ‘declaration of enrolment’ your declaration of enrolment will be downloaded. If this document does not contain all the information you require, feel free to contact us.
Please note that as an Exchange-, Subsidiary-, or 'Kies Op Maat' (KOM) student you cannot download a declaration of enrolment yourself. Please contact Student Services for your request.
How to de-enroll after graduation
As soon as you know that you have graduated, you can immediately de-enroll via Studielink. You do not have to wait for the BOZ office to process your grades. You can de-enroll on any day of the month, the de-enrolment will then start on the first of the following month. Are you a premaster student? Then you are not entitled to a refund. You can find all the regulations about de-enrolment on our website.
Add an In-Case-of-Emergency address in OSIRIS
If you end up in an emergency situation, it is important that authorised staff at UT can contact your contact persons. It is also important to add an ICE (In Case of Emergency) address in cases of emergency to your OSIRIS Student profile. Make sure you add this as soon as possible.
How to add an ICE address?
You can do so by clicking on ‘Update address’ and filling in the ICE address details. Please don’t forget to give permission to use the ICE address by checking ‘Yes’ and clicking on ‘Save’. More information on permission can be found in the ICE privacy statement.
