Wireless radio receivers for mobile phones currently often rely on discrete Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) filters as RF pre-selection filters. However, such filters are bulky, not tunable and expensive.
In this project, we aim to develop circuit techniques that can replace SAW filters by on-chip CMOS circuits.
