In the SEA (Smart Experience Actuator) project it is the intention to develop activities that stimulate the structural and useful application of game-technology and game-concepts in the fysical environment (in a certain Esperience sector). The project aims at developing innovative applications, experiences and knowledge in order to realize ‘smart and playful experiences’ within 3 pilot areas: heritage, retail and tourism. This knowledge will be disseminated in these sectors, the creative industry, and education, in a way that is also ‘playful’.
The experience sectors of heritage, retail and tourism will be posed centrally. Stakeholders, within these sectors, who are interested in the results, will be involved from the beginning in developing new applications. There is also a possible transfer of results to other sectors, and broadly to public. SEA contributes to the adoption of pervasive technology in sectors around ‘experience’ and the maturity of the creative industry.
