Title: 'Towards Decentralized Communities and Social Awareness'

Abstract:
Centralization does not reflect the very processes of information acquisition and sharing. Information is individual and decentralized. Based on this statement, we propose an approach using the concept of agents, communities and context to model information sharing in a society. This approach can be used in several domains of applications from mobile communities to enterprise knowledge management.
