Regarding our choice of the 'FeelSound' demo, the following points were taken into consideration: owhile the demo uses existing hardware, namely the Mitsubishi Diamond Touch surface, the project involved development of original software as well as the design of a new interaction style oin particular, the members of the jury felt that the interaction design of this demo shows significant innovation, scoring strong points for being fun to use and having potential to encourage collaborative play. All members felt that the FeelSound demo is ready for use in a setting such as a hands-on museum or public space and that it could appeal to children and adults alike.
