Work information:

Wolfgang is Senior Member of Scientific Staff, Business Developer and Project Supervisor in the field of public services at Telematica Instituut since 2006 and Assistant Professor at Twente University, Faculty of Behavioural Sciences, Department of Media, Communication & Organisation since 2003. Formerly he worked at the Dutch Tax Administration. He obtained his PhD at the University of Twente.

Wolfgang’s actual research projects are Kanalen in Balans, a multi channel research en development project, B-Dossier, a next generation e-government service research en development project and innovation of e-government services, building and testing a model of innovation, amongst other via international case studies on MyGovernment pages.
