Since October 2nd, 2023, the University of Twente has used YuJa to store and share videos. This video platform replaced the Vimeo platform and offers all the tools we currently use, such as recording and editing functions, live streaming of courses and events, and video editing, all on one platform.
All past videos published on Vimeo under the UT account have been transferred to YuJa. However, some videos embedded on Canvas (previous Vimeo videos) are unavailable. These videos are located in the owner's account on Yuja and must be replaced manually.
To access your videos, log into Yuja using your UT credentials. You will see several folders, such as 'My Media'. Under this folder, there may be subfolders with your email address, a specific name or a number that matches the showcase number in Vimeo. There, you will find videos you own.

On February 29th 2024, between 14.30 and 16.00, the workshop "Videos in Yuja for Educators" will take place in the Teaching & Learning Lab (T300) in the Citadel at UT. During the workshop, we will clarify these and other questions and discuss using Yuja videos in teaching and through Canvas.
