New Contact Centre building opened at UT, providing students with a hub for all their questions

In a big celebration filled with excitement and festivity, UT welcomed the opening of the highly anticipated Contact Centre. The Contact Centre is designed to be a central hub where upcoming and current students can seek answers to all their questions, ensuring a seamless academic journey. In the Contact Centre, the Study Information Centre and CES-SAS (including Student Services) are seated.

The opening ceremony took on a festival theme, captivating students as they entered the totally renovated Contact Centre area and building. The Contact Centre aims to enhance the overall student experience by offering a one-stop destination for questions about (for example) admission, housing, visa, and tuition fees. Our staff consists of knowledgeable employees and trained student assistants, so students can expect to find solutions to their questions regarding all sorts of topics. By providing useful help, Contact Centre aims to ensure that every student can navigate through their academic journey with ease.

During the opening event, some Contact Centre staff members were present to welcome students and showcase the services available at the Contact Centre. As part of the festivities, students were able to get a slice of pizza, listen to a DJ and take a photo in the photo booth. Moreover, students were able to visit the new Student Services and Study Information Centre desk. As almost 800 students flooded the Contact Centre during the opening, the positive energy was noticable.
