During the summer holiday Service Desks and catering locations will have different opening hours. You will find the complete overview below.
Service Desks
Our services will be continued as much as possible. A few things will be changed slightly:
- Issuance of keys will only take place at the Service Desk during opening hours.
- Mail and packages will be picked up/delivered as usual according to the schedule. Please submit any express mail or registered mail before 12:00 whenever possible; otherwise, please call the building's Service Desk. You will be connected to the employees there who will help you further.

Catering locations
Appèl canteens and restaurants
The Appèl canteens will be closed during the following weeks:
- Horst: week 31 till 34
- Ravelijn: week 29 till 35
- Lemons & Beans: week 29 till 35
- Theatercafé: week 29 till 35
- Langezijds: week 31 till 34
Restaurant Waaier is open for lunch from week 31 t/m 35 from Monday till Friday from 12.00 till 14.00. Regular opening hours will apply starting week 36.
Brownies & Downies
Brownies&Downies is closed from week 29 till week 33.
Starbucks
Starbucks is closded from week 30 till week 34.
