All Dutch universities are working together towards a more specified recognition and rewarding of talent and career paths in the Recognition & Rewards programme. In the Erkennen & Waarderen jaarverslag (only in Dutch), you can read about the steps taken in 2022 to bring this culture change closer.
Recogniotion & Rewards at UT
The national programme was launched in 2020 to realise the goals of the position paper Room for Everyone's Talent. Also within UT, the Recognition & Rewards team (RRteam) and HR are working step by step to integrate the principles of Recognition and Rewards into all processes and supporting policies.
