Both Student Services and the Study Information Centre will move at 1 May from Vrijhof and Spiegel to the Contact Centre (Boerderij).
The Contact Centre offers a highly visible physical environment where (prospective) students feel welcome and at home and where they can receive personal attention when they have questions. This physical environment is supported both digitally and by telephone. We think it is important that (prospective) students are helped correctly and can therefore start, continue or end their time at UT carefree.
The Contact Centre is centrally located within the campus, at Boerderijweg 10. The Contact Centre fits perfectly with the strategic goal formulated in Shaping 2030, namely "Shaping connections, proximity outside in and inside out.”
A central opening of the Contact Centre for students will take place in May. An opening for staff will be organised separately at a later date.
