Before the Christmas holidays we have announced the new Sports Leisure Management system. From Tuesday, 1 February, Sports and Culture will switch to a completely new user interface and there will be an app for use of the SLM system. On February 1st the website dms.utwente.nl will be replaced. The name of the new website and app will be announced on 1 February.
As of 1 February our sales system will be offline and the website dms.utwente.nl will be unavailable. As soon as the new website is online, we will inform the users by email.
Functionalities
The new website and app are designed for purchasing Sports and Culture subscriptions and for reserving an activity. Here you can purchase the UnionCard/CampusCard and expand your sports options with extra subscriptions (for example Fitness & Group Lessons). In addition, you can easily reserve a tennis court, a time slot in the fitness/group lessons or a spot in the swimming pool.
Furthermore, you can also purchase sports courses and sign up for a sports or cultural association. The new website and app will make this a lot easier and more convenient than before!
Make a reservation for an activity
For the reservation of a sport activity we use ‘tags’. Each sporting activity for which you need to make a reservation is assigned a ‘tag’, examples of these are: Fitness, Tennis, Swimming, Group Lesson. By selecting the tag you want to make a reservation for, you will immediately see the available options! This way of booking works on the website and on the app. You will only see the sports activities that you are interested in. The website remembers the tags you have used.
Register for an association
If you want to register for an association, you can easily do this under the menu item 'organizations'. Under the heading 'Register with an association', you can select the association you want to join.
