We always evaluate the (online) open days to gain more insight into the appreciation of the visitors. We do this by sending out a questionnaire. We have received feedback from 347 people. We received nice feedback: these open days received a higher grade: 8.3 compared to 8.0 last time. Programme sessions were rated higher with an average of 8.5 compared to 8.3 last time. A result for which we worked hard with over 600 employees and students, with commitment and collaboration.

Internal evaluation: how did staff and students experience the Online Open Days?
Overall, the cooperating students and staff are pleased with the project communication, the delivered hardware and support. Those were three important points of attention for us. What should we organise online in the future and what offline (or hybrid)? Offline, you need to be able to give the (campus) experience and give demos. The most often suggestions for online are the programme sessions and other basic information. The opportunity to talk 1 on 1 to upcoming students is very much appreciated and should be given a place in the program, especially offline.
Preparation recruitment events in the near future and beyond
The results of both surveys are very valuable for preparing the plans for the upcoming academic year. We're going to enrich this information with input from the faculties. All this will be processed into a broadly supported plan for the recruitment events in 2021-2022.
