Digital surveillance can be used at the UT if it is impossible to take an exam on campus. This means the UT can avoid students unnecessary study delay. Whether or not to use digital surveillance is a decision made for each course, in close consultation with the relevant Examination Board.
As of March the UT has decided to offer two different types of digital surveillance for exams that are taken off-campus:
- proctoring
- online surveillance
