FoodCity Appèl Food Concepts to rotate as of 1 April

It’s no joke! On Monday, 1 April, the currently rotating food concepts in the canteens will be replaced with new ones. Are you curious about the new food concepts?

The most buildings have a standard range of products: the food concepts The Bakery, Coffee & Co, Greens and Stock ‘n Broth. There are also food concepts that change every few months. Some concepts will return at a different location, others are, sometimes temporarily, removed from the range.

THE NEW LAYOUT

In the Spiegel, you will be able to enjoy the concept Flammkucheria and Get Toasted . The current concept Break a l’egg will be moved to the Waaier. Besides Break a l’egg, you can find Haute Dog at the Waaier from April 1th. The new concept Nordic Kitchen will be launched at the Horst. Dishes at Nordic Kitchen are inspired by pure and healthy food from Scandinavia. The other food concepts you can find at the Horst, will be dishes with Spanish temperament and Mexican spiciness: Oh la la Tortilla & Bocadillo’s.

Week of Inspiration

There also will be a Week of Inspiration, beginning at the 1th of April. This week will be all about the Nordic Kitchen and you can find dishes from this concept at the Waaier and Spiegel.
