Graduation during the summer

Due to workload and capacity during the summer period, we would like to remind BSc and MSc students who plan to graduate in the months of June, July, August and early September to apply to the Bureau of Educational Affairs (BOZ) in a timely manner.

Check the graduation procedure on the website or Canvas to see what deadlines apply to your programme, whether you need to meet other requirements (e.g. Mobility Online) and how to apply for your colloquium. There will be many colloquia in late August and the number of rooms is limited, the earlier you submit your application, the more likely a room will be available. Remember to coordinate with your supervisors if they are available during the time you want to graduate.
