As Digital Society Institute, we work on solutions to the problems faced by society today and tomorrow. Digitalisation, in all sorts of shapes and forms, is an important aspect of this. On the one hand, this concerns sustainability in business operations, with digitisation being an important theme. For example, DSI offers facilities and activities to further develop digitalisation.

Digital Twin Geohub
The faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC), in collaboration with the faculty of Engineering Technology (ET) is bringing together multidisciplinary expertise from a wide range of researchers and academics. The focus is on collaboration and interdisciplinary research aiming at developing solutions that can address global challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss, pandemics, and pollution, among others.

Centrum voor Veiligheid en Digitalisering
Our society is digitising at a rapid pace. Wonderful innovations are produced, but they may also pose major risks. Solving digitalisation and security challenges in today's society is therefore a priority. To address these questions, knowledge institutions, companies, and government work together at the Centrum voor Veiligheid en Digitalisering (CVD).
