Chris Petri wins Poster Presentation Prize at TechMed Research Day

We are proud to share that Chris Petri won the Poster Presentation Prize at the TechMed Research Day.

Chris is part of CARE-FLOW WP6, where he focuses on steering patient flow and supporting the efficient use of hospital and aftercare capacity. His award-winning poster, “Deciding on patient admission in aftercare: When can we safely accept a patient transfer request?”, reflects this important work by addressing how healthcare providers can better balance capacity, workload, and patient admissions from hospitals to aftercare.

As the care demand increases with our demographic changes, coordination between hospitals and aftercare facilities becomes ever more important.

This work was carried out in collaboration with Prof. dr. Richard Boucherie, Dr. Anne Zander, and Dr. Daniela Guericke, whose contributions also supported this achievement.

This award is a valuable recognition of an important contribution to the CARE-FLOW project.
