BACHELOR'S OPEN DAY 2014

During the Open Days we will provide you with information on the content of the programme(s) of your choosing, how the programmes are structured, which specializations you can choose after the Bachelor, which possible future jobs you will be trained for, and what your job market opportunities will be like. You will have ample occasion to talk to students and sample their experiences first-hand. Of course we'll also be telling you all about living on campus and the financial aspects of a student's life.


The next international Open Day’s will be held on 15 November 2014 as well as in March 2015 (exact dates will be announced later).

During our Open Days everyone is welcome to visit our six English taught programmes. However, if you're German and looking for information, you can also opt for a Dutch taught Bachelor's programme as this information will be presented in German. Interested students can visit our German Open Day.

Overview Bachelor's programmes
Advanced Technology is a multidisciplinary English-taught programme that combines the latest technical expertise with a keen sense of what our society needs.
Wherever calculation and modelling are called for, mathematics − whether in the background or not − plays a decisive part. The bachelor´s programme is all about applications.
Understanding physical phenomena by learning about the laws that underlie them and putting your understanding into practice: that’s what the Bachelor’s in Applied Physics is all about.
This one-of-a-kind, multidisciplinary, English-taught programme integrates social and technical perspectives in a new approach that educates tomorrow’s engineers at Honours level.
Biomedical Technology is an engineering programme in which you get to design and develop a new healthcare technology. Think rehabilitation robots, artificial organs, medical scans, and prostheses.
Business & IT is the perfect match between information technology and business administration. Your knowledge of the development and use of sophisticated IT systems makes you the pivot of the company.
Developing and improving new materials, processes and products: that’s what the Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering at the University of Twente is all about.
Civil engineers design, build, and manage infrastructures and large constructions. Civil Engineering at the University of Twente combines technology with the organization that surrounds it.

International Business Administration is an English taught bachelor's programme designed to equip you for a successful career in the complex and demanding world of international business.
As a mechanical engineer you are fascinated by how things work. You use your technical expertise to create, improve, and maintain things − from gadgets to large industrial installations.
