This year’s Well-Being Weeks took place from November 11th to 29th, with the theme "Share and Take Care."
With this theme, we focused on enhancing psychological safety and mental health. Our goal was to create a supportive environment that prioritized well-being and encouraged open conversations about mental health and inclusivity.

Location: Sports Centre 3The amount of physical and mental energy that we spend in our daily lives has increased enormously over the last decade. The result is that we, as human beings, put higher demands on our own energy supplies, have to deal with more distractions, and have difficulties in finding and keeping the right balance in our daily activities.
Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art that is practised for self-defence and health. Through slow and intentional movements in unison with breathing and mental focus, you will relax your body and mind. And boost your energy levels.
During this activity, you will get a lesson in Tai Chi at the beginner level, so no previous experience is needed.
Join us for a Tai Chi lesson with your friends—no sign-up needed—and feel relaxed and energized afterward!

The walk-in consultation will take place in the Chameleon Room (Vrijhof VR275A). The Chameleon Room, the ultimate student living room, was designed by students, for students, as a space to recharge, relax, and take care of your mental well-being. Every week various well-being activities will take place in the Chameleon Room, such as the Walk-in Psychologist consultation hour and the International Student Hub.

If your boundaries are clear and you are aware of another person's boundaries your relationships can get better.In this workshop from the Vechtschool you learn how to approach friends and family to talk about behaviour that makes you uncomfortable.
In this workshop you will learn to use universal values about human conversations. You will learn a step by step escalation plan which can help you not to damage a relationship while still stating your boundaries.
Whether you are at this moment struggling with this or not, the workshop can help everyone get a better understanding of how to communicate assertively.

After attending this workshop, you will be able to practice WHM safely and effectively at home. You will also receive tips and tools on how to use your WHM experience to support your studies.
