Workshop: Innovative Programme Design

Find out how to design your own innovative educational programme at UT. Using the brand-new Master’s in Humanitarian Engineering and the Online Pre-Master/ Minor Adapting to Climate Change with Spatial Engineering as case studies, the hosts will guide you through the process of creating an innovative programme, and provide some tips & tricks along the way.

The Master’s in Humanitarian Engineering aims to enable professionals to create innovative solutions for underserved and vulnerable areas and to understand the communities and environments where they will be deployed. This multi-lateral institutional cooperation project is supported by Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility funding enabling staff and student mobility to countries outside the EU. Humanitarian Engineering is a joint initiative of the three faculties of ET, ITC and BMS.

The Online Pre-Master/ Minor Adapting to Climate Change with Spatial Engineering challenges participants to help the city of Valencia to adjust sustainably to climate change with Spatial Engineering. It is an ECIU Challenge, hosted by UT and delivered online (15 ECs.) It is also an introduction into the learning environment of the Master’s in Spatial Engineering (Faculty of ITC.)
