ETE participated in the Rubber Fall Colloquium in Hannover from November 6-8, 2018. The work of ETE was presented in 4 lectures and 5 posters, representing the research on silica reinforcement of rubber, interpenetrating networks and development of aircraft tires. Rafal Anyszka, a Post Doc in the ETE group, presented his work on ‘Mimicking the velcro system from nature for an alternative rubber/silica coupling system ‘. For his work, the poster and his enthusiastic presentation of it he got the poster award from the participants of the meeting.
