Guillaume Durandau wins the Best DEMO Award at IEEE BioRob 2018.

Guillaume Durandau wins the Best DEMO Award at the 7th IEEE RAS/EMBS International Conference on Biomedical Robotics and Biomechatronics (IEEE BioRob 2018). 

During BioRob 2018 a special session was organised where authors could bring and demonstrate robotic devices abd other relevant hardware, as described in the paper they submitted. An independent international jury selected the best onsite demo.

Mr Durandau won the award with his demonstration the real-time EMG-driven model-based control of a bi-lateral ankle exoskeleton during treadmill locomotion. This work is part of his PhD work in our group
