‘If there is nobody else, then I will step up and do it’ - an interview with Verena Menzel

Our colleague Verena Menzel was interviewd for the UToday magazine. In the interview, she tells about her research, her role as co-founder of a working group within P-NUT (the PhD Network of the University of Twente) and diversity within the Energy Group: "In our research group, we are jointly working on the energy transition. We are very interdisciplinary and we collaborate very well – possibly thanks to the different perspectives we all have. That is why we need more diversity in science. Diverse groups perform better. That is a scientific fact." You can read the full interview via this link to the UToday website.
