positions available in newly granted projects at decentralized energy management group

The interdisciplinary research group on ‘Decentralized Energy Management’ at the University of Twente has several open positions for new PhD students and Postdocs in multiple recently granted research projects within the smart energy domain. The positions are open for candidates with a background in technical disciplines who are open to share and gain knowledge in the context of decentralized energy management systems.

The available positions are within research projects focussing on bottom-up energy management, energy systems for local communities and neighborhood energy storage. The funding origins from two European Horizon 2020 projects and two projects granted under the Dutch RVO MOOI and DEI+ programs.  The corresponding projects are all in cooperation with other academic as well as external partners (companies, cooperatives, etc). A more detailed overview of the projects as well more information on how to apply can be found on our webpage: Open positions | Open PhD and Postdoc positions in newly granted projects | EWI - Energy (utwente.nl).
