The second phase of the renovation of the Vrijhof building will start on 17 February and last until 7 March. The renovation work concerns the entrance to the Vrijhof on the Boulevard side. In this message, you will find detailed information about where the work will be carried out in phase 2 and any potential disruptions.

In Which area will the renovation works take place?

The map below shows which area this concerns. A dust barrier will be placed at the red line to keep dust nuisance to a minimum.

What kind of inconvience can be expected?

There will be some noise nuisance during the renovation. The first week will cause the most nuisance due to demolition work. Our advice is to work from home as much as possible during this period.
Users will have to be diverted. This mainly has consequences for the route to the library. An adjusted route will be indicated for this in the Vrijhof.
