Especially now that the weather is getting nicer and windows and doors are open more often, the risk of becoming a victim is higher. it's crucial to remain vigilant against potential theft incidents on campus. Theft can occur anywhere, from classrooms to common areas to student houses, and can lead to significant inconvenience and loss.
- Never leave your belongings unattended, even for a moment. Always store valuables properly when not in use in, for example, a safe or locked cabinet.
- Always lock your student room doors and windows when not in use. Try to avoid displaying expensive items.
- If you suspect theft or notice any missing items, report it to campus security immediately via telephone number: 053-489 2134 (in case of emergency dial 053-489 2222).
- Always report to the police if you are a victim of theft. No matter how minor it may sometimes seem, it may always help track down the offender(s).
By staying alert and implementing these precautions, we can create a safer environment for everyone. Prevention is key in combating theft.
