In recent years there has been an increase in the number of incorrectly parked vehicles on campus. This is causing dangerous situations in which the emergency services are not able to access certain areas. It is also a great nuisance that has prevented some goods from being delivered.
From September 2019 official parking inspectors (buitengewone opsporingsambtenaren) will regularly check for incorrectly parked vehicles and will issue fines to offenders.
Unauthorised parking means: parking outside the appointed areas; parking without a permit in areas restricted for permit-holders; or parking without a disability card in areas restricted for disability card holders.
