Result – Possible exemption
The language of instruction must be clearly stated on your degree certificate, official final transcript of records, or diploma supplement. If it is not, you will be required to submit an English language test. Please note that a statement or proficiency letter from your university is not sufficient.
Please note: having your transcript of records issued in English is not the same as having English officially stated as the language of instruction.
You might be exempt if you earned a three-year degree in one of the exempt countries and studied there physically for at least three years. But if your institution was not in any of these countries, or you followed distance (online) education, you might not be exempt.
Canadian degrees need at least 50% English instruction.
