Reservation Request

Welcome to the booking office & events reservation form.

Associations and employees of the University of Twente or external customers can use this form to request a reservation for rooms and outdoor locations.

We kindly ask you to submit your request at least 1 week in advance. If the request is submitted in a shorter time frame, we cannot guarantee it will be processed in time.

Employee Request

Catering requests at Appèl: Benque.

Please inform us of food/beverage handouts. Events wil inform you of the rules.

(Look here for the available equipment in the lecture hall)

For example electrical and water connections. These are available at certain outdoor locations.

Designated outdoor locations can be used if a number of conditions and safety requirements are met. BHV/ERO can be required at these activities. You will receive more information after filling out this form.
