Early 2024, BMS PhDs for PhDs together with BMS Research Support, conducted a survey that addressed the experiences of our PhDs in terms of supervision, thesis content, progress of the PhD trajectory, well-being, support facilities, and courses. Aiming to gain an understanding of our PhD needs, concerns, and issues. We would like to thank all who participated. Your input provided valuable insights into the experiences and challenges faced by PhD candidates within the faculty. This feedback has been crucial in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that your concerns are heard. We contacted 295 active BMS PhDs, we recorded 106 responses from all the BMS sections.
