Over the past month, students and employees experienced problems using and/or downloading Atlas.ti (software used for analyzing qualitative data). We apologize for the problems this has caused in your education and research. The difficulties lie in reaching the limit on the number of unique users who can download the software. This limit should not exist according to our contract agreements. Fortunately, this misunderstanding was resolved by the supplier on Friday November 29 and it is possible to use the license again, both for those who already had a license and also for new users.
The software is available within the Microsoft Software Centre (Employees: under Windows button on your laptop) and via the Notebook Service Centre (Students).
