Change format of exams

Please note: Approval for change of format of exams can ONLY be given by the examination board.

• motivation letter*
• a complete and detailed study progress overview (SVO/SPO) from Osiris
• if applicable: TOP Sport or Art student: decision of CvB (CPO)
• if applicable: declaration of personal circumstances (from study advisor)

* mandatory data in your motivation letter:

• student name and last name
• student number
• programme you are enrolled in
• article(s) applicable to your request
• the study unit(s) / module name(s) and code(s)
• name examiner
• clear substantiation for your request

Please note: Pending the decision, you must take part in the regular scheduled exam.
