Echter, om deze software te kunnen implementeren moet er een bedrijfsspecifiek Dashboard worden ontwikkeld. De grootste uitdaging is het bepalen van het ‘resultaat per rit’.

2014-07 Stageopdracht Timmerije - IT oplossing Om de fabriek van Timmerije goed te kunnen aansturen is een enorme hoeveelheid informatie nodig, zowel structureel als ad hoc. Structureel volgens data uit het ERP-systeem, MES, verschillende databases en directories, e.e.a. volgens de automobiel norm ISO/TS 16949. Ad-hoc door wijzigingen in klantwensen of in het proces, door proefspuitingen met een andere dan verwachte uitkomst, etc. De wijzigingen worden al dan niet geïnitieerd door (project) overleg binnen de complexiteit van een gecombineerde dagdienst/3-ploeg en soms 5 ploegendienstorganisatie. Doel is in 3 jaar een nieuw informatiesysteem en flexibele workflow management tool te hebben dat met deze complexiteit papierloos om kan gaan in de zin van dat de juiste relevante informatie op de juiste plaats, op het juiste tijdstip bij de juiste man aanwezig is dat te herleiden en traceerbaar is waarbij de software of-the-shelf moet zijn en aansluit bij het nieuwe MES.
