WELLBEING TIPS AND IDEAS ON HOW TO STAY FIT

LET’S MAKE THIS A HOLIDAY WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER!

What are your plans for the holiday season? In late 2020, when travelling home was almost impossible due to COVID-19, the University of Twente, the Student Union and its associations joined hands to launch 'Share and Take Care'. One of many initiatives was in collaboration with the buddy program, which paired students in a corona-proof way with others who felt isolated during a time that should have been spent with friends and family.

This year again, the university wants to give students and employees who stay on campus during this period the opportunity to get the most out of their holidays! Therefore, we would like to repeat this initiative this year and we need your help to do so!

How to participate

For the 2021 edition, we need great initiatives and ideas for activities. Do you or does your association have a great idea or initiative, or do you want to be part of the Share and Take Care community? Send an email to Eva Vogelezang at e.m.vogelezang@utwente.nl or Julius Smit at j.j.h.smit@utwente.nl stating your ideas and we will see what is possible. This can be everything, varying from sports, to walking or online meetups: every idea is welcome.

Did you also know that we have our own Instagram page to keep our community up to date?

Programme 2021

In the coming period, we will fill this page with all kinds of activities that will take place during the special two-week programme for UT students and staff, put on by the Share & Take Care Community. All because we want to make sure everyone at UT has a holiday season to look back on with a positive feeling.
