Your diet, daily stress, sleep, and amount of physical activity have a significant impact on your health. In this study, we will measure your lifestyle using a smart watch and questionnaires. Our goal is to improve the measurement of lifestyle and also investigate how lifestyle affects your health.
What are we working on?
There are increasing health problems around the world. A healthy lifestyle can prevent or reduce many of these health issues. However, changing your lifestyle is very challenging. It starts with gaining insight into your lifestyle, and a smart watch can help with that. These smart watches provide a lot of information. But which information is actually important for your health? That's what we aim to investigate, and almost anyone can participate.
What do we ask of yOU?
You will receive a smart watch and wear it for 2 weeks, day and night. You will also get an app on your phone that will ask you questions. You can choose how often you want to answer: 2, 4, or 6 times a day. It will take you about 5 minutes each time. Additionally, you can answer daily questions about stress, but this is optional and up to you. At the end of the measurement period, you will complete 5 questionnaires about your diet, physical activity, sleep, and stress. This will take around 45 minutes. After the study, you will receive the results of these questionnaires, helping you learn more about your own lifestyle.
