Vincent Delke opens the third transnational meeting in Lappeenranta Finland by welcoming all members present in person and members which join the meeting via ZOOM. Next, the agenda for the two days meeting is discussed and all members agree to the content and structure (see agenda). The main motivation for the meeting was to agree upon IO4 and IO5 next steps. However, first, the previous IOs and their results were discussed briefly.
On Thursday morning, IO4 learning module order and content were discussed and refined. During lunchtime, participants met students and staff at LUT. There was also a relaxing walk outside to see the largest lake in Finland, Saimaa.
After that, gamification elements of IO5 were discussed. At Rantasauna, also ZOOM members could participate by showing learning material content and how to gamified elements are applied. We agreed on how to design course material. We also take a look at how to implement PERSIST content to our PSM programs.
After the official agenda, there was a dinner at Rantasauna. Participants had a sauna and swam at lake Saimaa.

We started the last part of the meeting in the morning at Rantasauna. All members (whether online or in present) were the same as Thursday. We planned a multiplier event that will be in January. The teaching event is planned to be in June 2022. Discussions about implementing content to our teaching continued. After a coffee break, the final thoughts about a meeting were exchanged. Then the travellers continued towards their home.
