Who is it for?

The Master Research Honours is for excellent UT Master students with demonstrated research affinity. Applicants need to submit their CV, a grade list, a motivation letter, and a recommendation letter from the supervisor. Applicants will receive an invitation for an intake appointment with one of the Research Honours core team members. Prof. dr. Barend van der Meulen, as the academic leader of the Master Research Honours, will make the final decision about your eligibility for starting the programme.

Admission, selection & application

If you wish to be considered for the programme, you must submit your CV, a motivation letter, a current grade list, and any other relevant information. Furthermore, a letter in which a UT researcher/supervisor/promotor/MSc programme director recommends you as having a high potential for (PhD) research is necessary. You must apply by filling in the application form. After uploading these credentials, you will get an invitation for a selection interview (if suitable). The interviews will happen in Mid-December.
