Abstract & Poster Submission | Registration & Submission

ABSTRACT

To submit a paper for a talk at the workshop, a template must be used (see previous page). Abstracts will be part of a book of abstracts (hardcopy), distributed at the workshop. If you submit an abstract you must also register for the workshop. Submit your abstract no later than September 30^th.

POSTER

To submit a poster for the poster session, use the template for the poster (previous page). Posters will not be printed for you. You need to bring the poster (max. size A1) yourself. Poster boards and pins will be available in the conference room. Posters will also be part of a book of abstracts (hardcopy), distributed at the workshop. If you submit a poster, you do not need to submit an abstract of that poster. If you submit a poster you must also register for the workshop. Submit your abstract no later than September 30^th.
